Regional Support Centers provide flexibility, reduced turnaround times, and additional offerings of support and services (outlined below). These centers each have years of industry experience and receive ongoing training and evaluation from DENSO.
Customers may work with any Regional Support Center regardless of location.
Note: If you have custom or specialized DENSO Robotics equipment, we recommend any such equipment is serviced by DENSO directly; if you’re uncertain if your equipment meets this criteria, please contact your Regional Support center prior to sending any equipment in for service.
