Summary of training options at DENSO

***For the safety of our customers and associates, DENSO Robotics is postponing all scheduled training courses indefinitely to help mitigate the risks of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) effective Friday, March 20, 2020. DENSO Robotics will continue to closely monitor the situation and make adjustments as necessary. During this period, we encourage you to review our growing Knowledge Base of online support material, as well as DENSO WAVE’s site for access to online manuals and resources. We also have our YouTube channel with a growing number of support and how-to videos. Please check this website for updates. If you have any questions or concerns regarding training you can visit our contact page. Once DENSO resumes scheduled courses, we will post our new schedule to our course schedules so that you may choose the most appropriate time/location to for the course(s) you’re interested in.*** 


We understand the importance of product training. That is why we offer you comprehensive operator, programming and maintenance training for all our robots. Courses are available for end-users, DENSO-approved Distributors and System integrators (DENSO and DENSO affiliates should contact the DENSO E&D center for all robot-related training). We have fully equipped training facilities at our main service center, which is centrally located in Cincinnati, Ohio., as well as at our satellite center in Long Beach, California. On-site training at your location can also be arranged.

Our small class sizes and low student-to-trainer ratios make learning easier and more effective. Students benefit from a variety of classroom sessions, computer-workstation interaction and hands-on robot training. Students who successfully complete their courses receive official DENSO factory training certification.
