Advanced Robot Maintenance
Class Overview and Curriculum:
This class covers all of the material from the basic robot and controller maintenance class and includes more difficult-to-replace components as outlined by the topics listed below. Each class covers 1 robot model and 1 controller model. Each student participates in the disassembly and reassembly of components while under the supervision and direction of the instructor. Questions and discussion are encouraged during the class.
The purpose of this class is not to make any student a robot expert, but to give each student a level of knowledge, familiarity, and comfort with the robot hardware, so they understand the fundamental concepts of the DENSO robot system and are empowered with the tools they need for problem solving and development when they return.
