For training quote request, you will be sent a cost estimate for your review. After payment is received, a registration form will be sent out for confirmation of student names, course location and type, etc. After a completed registration form is received back by DENSO, you will receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Once a course has been scheduled, cancellations must be made and a cancellation confirmation received five working days before the first day of the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course or cancels less than five working days before the first day of the course, DENSO will charge a cancellation fee of 50 percent the price of that particular course.
Rescheduling Policy
DENSO schedules new classes every six months. DENSO reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule courses whenever necessary and will make every effort to notify enrolled students as early as possible before the starting date of the course.
